Hi everyone! I'm looking for some help about European gastronomy. I'm wanting to learn more about the different types of cuisine from all over the continent, from tapas in Spain to schnitzel in Germany. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of European gastronomy they could share? Any recommendations for books, websites, or even chefs I should look into? I'm especially interested in learning about traditional methods and ingredients.
